FS-2424 LR32 max hole punching size

Hello, I’m about to knock out a batch of built in carcases pieces today, and I want to use my LR32 and holey rail for hinge installations. They’re quite tall, the desired height was to be 83.” The nearest multiple of 32 would be 2112mm and I wanted to know if that is too tall for me to use the wedge stops that come with the LR32 hole drilling system, or if I need to consider a shorter 32x length.

Normally I’d just do trial an error. But it’s an oversized build and I’m by myself and it’s getting awfully hot in New England. Hoping to minimize my time spent slinging melamine sheets around by preplanning a bit thanks in advance!

I found the answer so I’ll place it here for posterity that might have the same question and can’t find the answer elsewhere.

But I had a brainwave and mocked it up; the longest panel you can set up equally with each stop having both ball bearing things engaged is 2240mm. So, I got by, barely lol
