Fuji vs compressor and hvlp gun?

Hi all, currently I have a normal compressor using a hvlp spray gun. I am intrigued by the Fuji system. What I can gather is that it wastes less paint, can be more quiet and is more compact.
Has anybody here switched from my current setup to a Fuji system? Any recommendations?
Thanx

I am not familiar with the Fuji system, but I have been using an Apollo turbine system for about 20 years.
You should be getting the same results with the HVLP gun you are now using. The only advantage for you would be the turbine over the compressor.

You get cool damp air from a compressor. You also can get oil in the air from the compressor. A turbine supplies warm dry air with no oil.
The disadvantage of using a turbine is the size of the air hose compared to a compressor air hose. The hose from the turbine to the spray gun is the size of a garden hose.
Thanks a lot Chris appreciate the answer. I am in the market for a new compressor and that is the reason for me looking at other sollutions as well.

I have a Fuji Q4 and a compressor driven HVLP system. The Fuji is quite capable of producing a good finish and it has some advantages and disadvantages compared to the compressor driven HVLP system that provides 10cfm @ 90psi. The Fuji system is definitely cheaper and way easier to use.
As a note I only spray water borne coatings (Target and General).
The Fuji does well with dye, shellac, and clear coats but is slow applying pigmented coats. You can apply pigmented coatings with the Fuji, it just takes longer. On small projects or touch ups it is a good solution. It is recommended that you dilute pigmented coats 10% with distilled water but I really don't like doing that as you get sags and runs. With 9cfm @ maybe 10psi at the pump end (lower by the time it gets to the gun) it really needs more pressure to push heavier paint out. I do like the Fuji for location work, it's easy to transport and set up. I have not compared system to system but I don't think the Fuji system produces any less over spray than my compressor driven HVLP system.
I really like the Fuji system, but I wouldn't trade it for a compressor driven HVLP system.

Ag no Tim, now you've done it. Suppose I will just upgrade my compressor and maybe get a better gun, if the difference are so small.
