They usually do, unless their pricing is a ridiculous mistake.  In this case, I think the price is really good and reasonable (i.e., not $3), in which case I believe you will see it honored.

Yes, they will. I picked up two of these a couple weeks ago for $30.44. They were backordered for about a week and then shipped.
