After my success earlier in waking some people up around the World with my skirting (base?) board conundrum, well, let's see how this goes.

I predict Garry Martin will be the one to point me at the right place, I expect it's in his handy book of places to check. I'm not tagging him, I am luring him out the old fashioned way. What better thing can a thirty-something be doing on a Friday night than trawling a forum looking to dish out help to the disaffected.

Looking for a snappy comment from Alex about how they are rubbish.

Cheese will pipe up with a witty comment I hope.

Iamnothim the renowned Anglo/Audiophile will stay well clear of this, he's got better things to do.

I will get my answer.

Would also like one but their quoting me £24 for delivery to the Highlands  [mad]
Royal mail would be a few pound max  [huh]

...building a [member=10829]Timtool[/member] clamp rack.

I'll take the thirty-something though... ;-)

I got my Glubots from Isaac Lord, so you've already been pointed in the right direction.

I was looking at the Bessey joiner thingies and thinking...rip off. Piece of angle iron with some holes in and some bolts would do the job right?

Had some more KR90 clamps delivered today, authorised by her indoors too as they're for her kitchen cabinet doors. Grabbed a pair of the load spreader things I see on your top shelf, how'd you get on with them?

So here's a thing. I logged into my Isaac Lord account (didn't know I had one) and found a couple of them in my basket from last time I visited.

I'm either sleep-ordering or they were out of stock last time I looked.

Do you mean the pivoting jaws? To be honest, not had a reason to use them yet. They're for clamping non-parallel stuff. Or do you mean the KP blocks? I've used them and find them very handy for holding the clamps while you're assembling cabinets etc.

That's better than buying something then realising you already had done at some time in the past. I've never done that. Never.

A variation on this theme...
I bought a new pop rivet gun yesterday knowing I already had TWO but could not find them.  It was for a paid job so after searching for an hour I gave in and paid for another one!
