Received my CSX last evening from Uncle Bob and put it right to work today. I've been using the smaller lithium Bosch's since 2006 and generally liked them - they're a good match for my main work of cabinet making and kitchen installs. First impressions: I like the smooth operating feel, light weight, comfortable handle (fits into my hand perfectly - thanks Festool engineers for using my paw print as the basis for handle size!), and magnetic spot for the bits (much more practical than I imagined). I've needed a right angle capability and never had it so am looking forward to testing that soon. And now I await my Centrotec installers kit next month...
I want to see how this holds up long-term, but no complaints so far. I ran it all day and didn't notice any weakness or slowdown. If it performs well I can imagine owning one of its big brothers in the future.
