UPS dropped off my demo CT 36.  I will be using it tomorrow, but a few quick notes - one of the first things that just popped out at me was the new "fabric" type filter - spread out it measures 24" x 32". Mobility wise, this thing turns on that dime as is incredibly easy to swivel and maneuver.  Sorry for this quick pic from my cell phone. :-[

Compared to the CT 22's and 33's the new model is quieter and has a different, more pleasing "hum". Also, there is a longer delay is suction when you turn the CT off. I like the newer wheels too. I must say, Festool scored major on this one.
Ready to ship in a couple of weeks, this is worth the wait and a very worthy successor to the CT 22's and 33's.

That bag looks big enough to use as a rain poncho.  Just need to figure out how to fit my big fat head and ears through that tiny hole.    [wink]

WEll, if the vac is as powerful as claimed, just turn it on and it'll quickly suck you right in there!!!!!!

My only concern is now how much do those bags cost? Now that they have made them out of material I can no longer re-use them and will have to buy a new one everytime. This could be a pain on my wallet. :/

    Chris,

The cost is the same as the filter bags for the CT 36 - $35.50 for a box of 5! Pretty nice deal!
