I was looking at a DIY program onto the other day and this guy used his TS55 and guide rail to cut / trim a slab of marble, on another show he used it to cut onyx.

Does anyone know of a good blade to use for that. I'm sure festool doesn't make one. But it thought I'd ask for any recommendations from festool or the good folks here.

I already got this blade. I wonder if it would work on granite or marble

One of our installers uses his ts55 to cut engineered stone, on site. If you don't get any responses here, I'll give him a call later today and ask about his set up.

Just make sure the blade is designed for dry cutting. Some are wet cut only. I've cut lots & lots of NY bluestone that's 1 1/2" - 2" thick with a dry cut blade and a Milwaukee worm gear saw.

That blade you linked to is designed to cut man made  quartz worktops. Bushboard M Stone is a brand of quartz worktop used in kitchens. It is usually cut dry, on site .

thanks guys So i guess Im good for quartz. Now I got to find a blade for my TS 55. I also got a TS 75in case I need a bigger blade to cut into thicker and harder material.

That blade will cut Granite, Marble or Onyx. Obviously, it's life will vary depending on how hard the material is you want to cut.
