Great Festool UK service

My Carvex broke, (blade holder sheered off)
I had registered it at purchase with Festool
It took 10 minutes on line to request a service, no receipts etc needed.
Festool emailed a UPS shipping label.
Festool emailed me a tracking link for the repair.
It got to Festool UK service centre in less than 24 hours.
They repaired it and despatched it in 4 hours!!!
Then UPS went to sleep, but thats not Festool's problem.
Got it back today and they've replaced the whole front end. Looks like a whole new jigsaw.

My recommendation is  --- Register at purchase
 
Did ya call and thank them? I used to the girls used to really appreaciate it when Id call and thank them. they (FT) get nothing from crap from people when things go south but never hear back when they give great service
