Grizzly Bandsaw G0513x2 ball bearings guide for blade

Need a bit of advice/help. Was using my bandsaw today and one of the bearings seized and wont move/rotate. It has markings “Taiwan LP TPI 6202Z”

Figured after a hit of searching that the “6202Z” refers to the bearing model apparently is a universall naming for this regardless of manufacturer. 15mmx35mmx11mm

Found on amazon a 10mpack for 20 bucks but dont know much about manufacturer (XiKe) or if there is something I am missing.

Search ebay or find a local bearing shop for better quality choices.

How old is the saw? Mine froze after about 9 months. Grizzly sent me a couple replacements.
