Grizzly Closeout on Festool Products

I bought an UGG stand with extensions from Grizzly for my Kapex. They represented as new. When I got it was obvious that it had been a floor model. Pieces were missing. I asked them to look around the showroom and find them. Grizzly's response - you can keep it or pay to ship it back and we will refund. I called Festool and they were super. They sent me the missing parts no questions asked.
