I find it hit and miss with Home Depot. I recently moved from Ohio to Illinois. My HD in Ohio had GRK screws. The one in Illinois has never heard of them and don't think the company stocks them.
To further confuse things, the Home Depots here in the Washington, DC area are now stocking "Spax" brand not GRK. Their head is very similar to a torx#20 but is slightly different and it is better to use the bit they include in each box.
