Had my TS55 back after being in repair for 4 weeks, Still a problem

I saw the exact same spot broken at my local dealer this week on a TS55. Clearly a weak point as it has been addressed with the new model.

I doubt very much that it is a weak spot at all,If it was it would be common knowledge on the fog, and I have not heard of another instance other than the one you talk about.
