Does anyone know how to access the capacitors on the Hammer C3 31 Perform combination machine?
The planeing head has become slow to start and I'm thinking its a capacitor issue.
I've removed the six screws on the switch panel but it won't pull forward from its location and seems trapped.
Their is another 4 screws which I think are holding the front plate to the wiring box and I might try removing these.
