"PA floor guy" asked me to post these on his behalf to share some recent jobs he had done using his Festool tools. Thanks for the photos, nice work! I always enjoy seeing restoration work done to old homes/buildings. I grew up on a farm with a 19th century house and dozens of outbuildings. So, I have an appreciation for that type of thing.

Thanks.  We did a whole house like that.. Wish I had better pics. After full trowel fill and finish. It looked amazing.. The ceiling is in my house. It's many layers of crown that I just decided one day that I was gonna do.  The other molding are plaster that I made from molds. Shane was kind enough to post them for me.. I wanted to share them forever now.. But don't know how.  Sam

very nice floor. its always good when you can use it as a mirror.

great work on the ceiling . how many layers of mouldings are there. im guessing everything from the row of round dots  to the cornice is wood.

have you any construction pics

The ceiling has 11 total layers of crown, all different shapes and sizes.  Everything is wood, from the wood dots down, everything else is either plaster or poly.  The floor I'm really proud of, we had 104 hours into the install alone.  Every single room was it's own full wrap. My router got a work out of that job.  Had to end match every row, every square.  Took forever.  The walnut was all cut by me, the subfloors were way crooked, so making my joints crisp were almost impossible.  However I just bought a kapex, so I can't wait for my next install.  That is next week.  Lol.

Yes it's all select red oak and walnut. (2 1/4") thanks. I was very happy with the floor. I refinish them all the time like that, but never got an opportunity to install one.  Glad you like.. Sam
