I was at the Hartville Hardware today and they had their tool sale ads laying around. During their sale on November 22 and 23 the Kapex 120 EB 561287 is going to be on sale for $999.

If I didn't already have one, I would dash for one. Yes, I know about the smoking motor story, but the price would be the deal breaker.

Techrunner,

Any chance you took a pic of the ad you saw in the store. I have about decided to pull the trigger. Current price id $1100 which is really good so I don't want to wait until 11/22 and miss bothe deals.

Thanks
Jack

Small print looks like it says "*Hartville location only".  Guessing this is the in-store price(?).

They only have two locations, so I think that's why that's stated. Their online presence is through Hartville Tool (hartvilletool.com) so if it was available online that's where it would be. Their price right now on there is $1106.25.

There are two locations of the Hartville Hardware retail stores:  Hartville and Tallmadge.  So, yes, that is in store only.  Most folks outside of the area will buy through Hartville Tool, which is their online sales business.

On a side note:  I was told that a popular Festool trainer will be on-site for the Friday and Saturday event.

Yup, the flyer says Brian Sedgeley will be there both days.

Nice. Guess I better bring some questions. Your snail-mail must be good because I haven’t seen the flyer yet.
