As you've no doubt discovered, the little gray plastic case that the Kreg master set comes with does not hold everything in the set, let alone provide any room for expansion. Amazon has a Kreg-branded toolbox to store all the stuff in, at the somewhat steep price of $49.95:

Home Depot sells the EXACT same box, manufactured by the same company in Israel, with the Husky name on it, for $29.99. It adds a lot of space for expansion and extra clamps, with tons of space in the bins for screws, bits, and drivers. It's black and gray instead of blue and gray, and doesn't have the Kreg name on it, but for $20 less...

The Home Depot Husky versions of the Keter/Kreg box are not made as durable as the Keter-branded boxes.  Search around and try to find the Keter brand, they are much more durable.  The webbing in the handles are different and there are a few other quality differences as I recall.

I also keep my entire Kreg setup in one and I can't imagine it in a Systainer, though maybe a Sortainer/Sys combo for a high-dollar storage solution.

Went looking for the Keter Table last week at Sam's club and found this tool box for free inside the Master Pro rolling tool box with sliding top on sale for 39.99!! Reg. price is 59.99 It is great I went back and bought another the next day and when I showed it to my Festool Dealer and she had me grab one for her also! The best part is the trimmed it in Festool Green ! I will post a picture when I get a camera battery charged. The Sam's in Anchorage had 31 of them last week.
