Just wondering if there are any known respiratory hazards with creating dust from the foam board that I use under my track saw. I realize that most of the dust is collected but some must escape.

Only dangerous if you're in the state of California...  ;)
Here in God's country a.k.a. Wisconsin we don't seem to be affected. (Cough, cough, haaack haaack)

Welcome to the FOG.

As long as you are using a DC or are outside using a dust mask,  you should be alright. I always try to just cut through the material and only use the foam to support the work piece, not a sacrificial surface.  Alol that said, I build with SIPs and when I size them there's foam beads all over the place,  even with the vacation in use.
