I have my Kapex on a bench with a permanent right wing. I needed a left wing but due to lack of space it needed to be foldable. I also wanted it to be sturdy enough to hold whatever wood I throw at it. It should also fold nicely to a 90mm wide and 70mm deep package.
After quite some drawing and thinking I came up with a design which would be sturdy and foldable as per specification. The lower piece is T-shaped so it fits into the upper piece while folded.
