Help finding HKC Side Fence Part in Ekat

I had an apprentice misplace the mounting bracket / knob for my HKC Parallel Fence. I tried calling Festool about this and the folks on the phone were honestly very unhelpful (this was my first time having to deal with any warranty or customer service with Festool and despite what I've been told it's left me feeling a little uneasy. They seemed unfamiliar with their own products).

Anyways, I was wondering if any of ya'll knew where I could find this part? The front bolt/plate uses the same one as the TS-55 but the rear plate is different. In the Ekat the only horizontal fence I can see is one that looks like it's for a different saw.

Any ideas?

You can use the ones of the parallel fence (491469) for the TS55 because they are the same.
And these are mentioned in the EKAT.
Partsnumbers are:
- 440712 knob M6
- 633016 nut plate

While that is true for the front of the saw the rear of the HKC required a different shaped / sized nut plate. Attached is a photo holding the TS-55 style up to show that it is too large to index. If you refer the the first photo attached you’ll see the nut plate is different — that’s the mystery part I can’t seem to find.

I should contact Festool about the right parts.

I emailed Festool UK about this issue a couple of years ago and they advised that the part you seek wasn't available separately and could only be bought as the complete side rail.
