There is a small (appears to be plastic --arrrgggh) nut in that all Domino owners know about (I breaks if the fence is overtightened). Well mine broke and I will soon order a replacement (or seven). I'm in the middle of a project and am wondering: has anyone ever tried gluing the piece back together with epoxy as a temporary fix?
Also--(for festool dealers or engineers) is it possible to rearrange the setup so that the handle is situated on the right side of the tool instead of the left where the handle will not annoyingly rub up against the screw (470216) that holds the very robust scale pointer in place. Locating both locks on the dust extraction side makes better ergonomic sense--all locking mechanisms go on the right, all measurement adjustments on the left side.
