Help, please: Free HEPA Filter Offer Prematurely Pulled from Fes Site

Like the dummie I am, I waited until the last day of the "until March 31, 2012" offer to request the filter for my CT 26.  But, Festool's website has a message that the offer's expired on March 31, 2012.

What gives? I'll try calling my dealer...

EDIT: Put a call into dealer, who was helpful, and an email into website.  I'm hopeful.

If you read the site, it actually says "before March 31st, 2012". So, it technically expired already. I see where you sent an email and we will honor it. Brice, feel free to do the same. Anyone, please get them submitted by the end of the weekend or they will not be valid. Please include your full name, shipping address, phone number, whether you have a CT 26 or 36 (only these models are eligible), and the serial number. It must have been purchased prior to October 1st, 2011.

Shane: thank you for the positive resolution, which is consistent with Festool's reputation for excellent service. 

While I appeciate what you see as an accomodation, there *is* a difference between  the prepositions "before" and "on," with "on" having been used "on" the portion of the site to which I linked.  My woodworking skills are iffy, but my reading skills are pretty good.  Thank you again.
