Hi welcome to the fog you must be the fourth first poster this evening.. [big grin]

there are loads of threads  on sys storage and some great solutions use the search function

When I made a Sysport, I used full-extension slides with 1/2 inch plywood for the shelves and dowels inserted in the shelf to hold the systainers in place.

Here is an example of what I did:

and

http://festoolownersgroup.com/member-projects/another-variation-on-a-systainer-port/

When doing the spacing, I mounted the first drawer at the bottom and then placed a Systainer on it - I put a piece of 1/2 plywood piece on top of the first systainer for a spacer and then put the next shelf on top of that.  I marked the holes for the second level extensions and then screwed them in.

This gave me maximum density of systainers in the sysport.

Others have used the LR-32 guide to drill holes and then give more adjustment to their shelves.  Still others have used dowels or dominos with no extension shelves.  I liked the extension shelves because it let you open the systainer and remove what you need and then close it with ease.

Hope these ideas help -

Hi and  [welcome] to FOG

like others have said, there are tons of posts on homemade sysports,  click on the "search" tab on the top of the page and type in,  homemade sysport,  you should get alot of hits that way,    also try just searching for sysport, or sysports

if searching for the words sysport or sysports  you may want to check the box for "Search in topic subjects only"  its located right under the "search for:" box

here are a few to get you started;
