The TE-4 is fantastic, very smooth and suprisingly quiet.
If you use threaded rod to hang bulkheads etc from concrete slabs, it comes with a 'bit' that drills the hole for the knock-in fitting, then you leave the bit in the drill, but slip on on end cap that you use to hammer the fitting in - much easier than hitting them with a hammer.

The TE-4 is well worth the money. Very smooth operation. I guess it will depend on the diameter of the holes you need. Bores holes quicker than my Hilti TE 2 or Makita 18v SDS.
The Hilti SDS bits are great. They cut better and last longer than cheapo bits.
Call your local Hilti store, they might let you do an in store demo with the TE 4.
