My HKC developed an intermittent fault where it would not switch on. Removel of battery and re inserting fixed it. Very frustrating and my first ever Festool problem
Left at Axminster Sittingbourne last Saturday afternoon and back with me this Saturday although it was actually back at Axminster on Thursday afternoon. Brilliant service and my only criticism is the lack of fault reporting as I would have liked the reason for failure.
In comparison my wifes very expensive hob has a failed ignition system and its 4 months old. Earliest they can inspect is May 3rd! And if it's our fault ie poor electrical supply we will be charged £110. Cost similar to a Festool saw

Ours has a daggy burner which takes 20 seconds to stay lit... so maybe I need to get the matches and go old school.
