Hey guys, having an issue with a HKC ive recently been running though its paces.
I've got a TS55 as well as a TS75 and never had this issue with the s;inter guard like this, only the glue detatching when it needs replacing.
I went through 3 pieces of splinter guard rubber today as the saw kept fouling the splinter guard and over cutting it closer to the aluminium track, then causing a furry cut with small tear out where the splinter guard had been cut back.
I thought it might have been a once off but once I replaced the guard, within 7-8 cuts it had fouled the rubber strip.
All these cuts were on 0 degrees and on the HKC 420.
This is the 18v HKC 55.
