Honey Bee (corrected, thanks Thistleman for correcting me)

Well I am pretty pleased with this picture. Taken with a Panasonic G6 and a 45mm macro lens.

Good depth of field - what was the aperture?

Thanks Andrew. The apeture was f10 at 1/320 sec. I set the camera on the tripod with the camera pre focused at one stem of the Lavender plant, then sat there with remote shutter release waiting. I then cropped the picture in Lightroom.

Great shot, the wasp is in perfect focus but most everything else has a nice blur.

Great photo, however this is a honey bee (Apis melifera) and not a wasp

Thanks Thistleman I thought it strange, wasps on a lavender plant. Just goes to show you you are never to old to learn something new. I shall change the title when on the computer next.
