I just got a CT36 and want to get a 36mm x 7M hose for it.  I'll be using it with my TSC55 KEB, routers and Domino.  What adapters will I need for this?

None...on the TSC just line up the 3 arrow heads and twist the hose about 1/3 turn to the right.

You'll love the 36 mm x 7 meter hose, just make sure to add the Bluetooth option because if you want to turn off the CT, you can be up to 22 feet away from the vac. It doesn't take long to consider that to be a nuisance.  [big grin]

I think you'll need an adapter for the domino.  Its D27/D32 fitting if i'm not mistaken

festal, I think you are right. The only places where the D36 hose fits directly is where the D27 hose fits inside the fitting. On those, the D36 fits over the same fitting on the tool. Think TS55 or 75, OF 1400, etc.
DF500, PS420, OF1010 are out though, the D27 fits over the port on these.

IMO it is better to get the 3.5m D36 hose and use it with the D27/32 one which came with the CT 36. For long term use one can use a bit of duck-tape to fix the two hoses together.

If not known by OP - the tool end of the D36 hose fits in the vac-end of the D27/32 hose without any adapters.

can you explain why? I'm actually trying to figure out which hose to get as my 3.5m d36 is a bit short when i'm using the boom arm.  Reach is limited

What I did was use the 36mm hose as my primary and I shortened the d27/32 that came with my midi. It's a tapered hose, so the tool end gets narrower the closer you get to the end. About 54" from the tool end is where it maxes out, so I cut it there, trimmed the sleeving back a bit, used some hockey tape to secure it (that's what the tape used from the factory looks like; or gaffer tape) and reattached the vac end and basically created a ~5' whip hose to use with the sanders or domino (when I get one!). The current hose design that lets you plug the tool end of the d36 into the vac end of the d27/32 really makes this easy. I really like this setup and don't regret cutting down my 27/32 hose at all.

Gosh, all great information.  Thank you for the help.  For some reason, I just can't wrap my head around all the ID, OD, metric sizing, etc. of the hoses and adapters.  My little brain just puts up a block, rather than deal with all of it.  Thanks again.
