25mm diameter dowel on edge of MFT (see right of centre in photo) keeps the hose where you left it...
Works on 27 and 36mm hoses.

Someone may find this useful. I certainly do. I made one for each end of my MFT.

That is a really good idea.  But man [eek]!!!!  That is some serious MFT'ing going on.  2 MFT's, plus each one has a Festool DIY model  extension wing.  Way cool

Nice setup, how do you connect your extensions to the MFT extrusion? I'm toying around with a bunch of ideas for some extensions that are easy to disconnect / re-connect, a picture of your bracket would make me happy

It's a piece of 3x2 held to the MFT with 3 t-bolts. This is attached first to the MFT then the extension worktop goes on top secured with 3 countersunk bolts in to threaded inserts in the 3x2.
