How do you put the Festool Hole Drilling Set (583290) Back Together?

Hi. I went a tear recently building cabinets and after cleaning up today my Hole Drilling Set guide plate fell apart. Luckily I found all the parts, but I don't recall the order of how things go back together. Any help would be appreciated. Not sure if this is worthy of a cal to Festool. Thanks again!
