Hi, I have a TS75 and a a few blades just wondering what other tips or tricks you guys for storage while traveling. I just keep the blades in their respectable boxes and throw in the TS systainor. I thought about putting all the blades in one box but don't want to have the teeth banging into one another.
Thanks fit your input.
Cheers

I cut just a little off of the insert In my 55 box on all 4 sides enough for a blade so I have a blade standing up on all sides of the box and 1 laying down in the bottom.

Too bad you can't get one of "these" anymore... or at least in North America. Perfect for travel and storage.

Fortunately, I bought a bunch while in Germany. I have three left...one each for 55,75, and Kapex blades.

Cheers,

Frank

I just put them in the bottom of the Systainer for my TS55REQ there is a spot for them.

I keep my Festool blades in a sys1, with a piece of cardboard in between each one.

Kapex and 55 blades.

I keep mine in the TS55's own systainer. There's a place in the bottom of the insert for spare blades under the saw.

I keep mine in their boxes in a Systainer. I don't change them often enough that it's a hassle, and it keeps them labelled and protected.

The insert in the bottom of systainer has an indentation for blades.  For my 55 I have 4 blades total, one stays on the saw and the other 3 store on the bottom insert with cardboard between them
