How long for warranted repair?

I sent a fairly new C15 in about two weeks ago. Tracking number showed it arrived but have heard nothing since.  Has anybody sent in a tool for repair before?  How long should I wait?

I would suggest that you call Festool tomorrow and make an inquiry.  Most repairs are taken care of in a couple of days.

Jon,

Typically, repairs are completed within 48 hours and returned to the customer. Based on the delivery date of your drill, I would think that you would have received it back by now. Can you please email me your full name, address, and phone number and I'll check on this first thing tomorrow and have someone contact you.

Just to follow up, and let people know about the good service, I got connected up with Shane, and my drill arrived yesterday.  They had just needed to get some parts in from Germany.
