In Canada (or rather in my city), used Festool tracksaws are seen listed with a 15% to 25% off compared to the retail prices. I've sold my TS75 (acquired second hand) with a 20% off of the prevailing retail price, resulting in no loss, thanks to Festool's annual price increases. The buyer, a contractor, was already a TS55 owner and knew his stuff.
Personally, when I buy a used tool (hand or power) regardless of brands in very good condition, I need at least a 30% discount off the prevailing market prices before I'll consider it.
