Per you got it all wrong, move to Pittsburgh. The weather is great, no extremes. We have three rivers yet flooding is isolated to certain areas. I'm less than a mile from one of the rivers and well over a hundred feet above the water, if flood water starts coming close we'll all need an Ark. The rolling hills prevent tornados, far enough from Lake Erie that we don't get lake affect snow and it hasn't hit 100 degrees or below 0 in over a decade. How many places can say that and still have seasons, I sure enjoy the fall foliage. Pittsburgh, PA
