This is how they work (don't ask me how I know). I will say my site was a different site and was one letter off from a legit Festool dealer that I had purchased from before.
1. You order something.
2. They send you a tracking number.
3. Then they do a delay, but assure you it is being shipped.  In the meanwhile they send you some 10 cent junk trinket.
4.  You throw that away as you realize it is junk.  BUT that packet had the tracking # on it so they can prove their package was delivered.  They have proof something was delivered, you have to prove the wrong thing was delivered.
5.  If you throw the package away, you are screwed.  Keep the package and call your credit card company immediately.

Early on I realized I was getting scammed so an alarm went off when I received the trinket.  I immediately checked the tracking # and saw it was the same as the Festool item I ordered.  I then immediately called my credit card company to flag this transaction. I had to notify the offending company for the credit card company claim.  The company told me it must have been a mistake and they would take care of it, always referring to me as "friend".  Another flag goes up.  This was just a delay tactic and I did not fall for it.

I did keep copies of these e-mails for the credit card company.  I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork for the credit card company with documentation and pictures.  Kill them with documentation.  The credit card company ruled in my favor and stopped payment.

However, my info must have been sold on the darkweb because a couple of months later I was notified by my credit card company asking if I purchased business class airline tickets from China to Peru.  I ended up having to close that account.  Now I have to be careful answering e-mails and never pick up a phone call if I do not know the number.  Somehow now whenever a site asks for my phone number I somehow start with 1 and somehow forget to add the last digit.

If you order from a site, search for their location.  If a dealer has it he has a store somewhere and will list it.  Scammers will not.

as WC Fields use to say, "Ya cant cheat a honest man"

In NA Festools prices are set. Everyone pays the same price, unless its used. There are no good inexpensive
deals on new Festools.

Its those looking for that "good deal" The usually have these sort of issues.

My advice stick with authorized festool dealers.

Pay the price and you wont have this problem
