Hey all,
Looking to purchase a Husqvarna PG280 concrete grinder to remove lots of thinset and am having a hard time determining if I can connect my Festool CT to the PG280 dust port.  Doesn't help that I'm on vacation 5 hours away from my tools.  Does anyone have firsthand experience with these 2 items?  I've ready just about every post on every forum I can find and have seen the 280 hooked up to every type of vacuum EXCEPT a Festool!

Thanks in advance for any light you can shine on my question!

I have a Festool (actually Protool) concrete grinder I use with my CT36 if that helps?

Thanks Kev, but looking to buy a larger walk-behind so as to
1)stay off my knees
2)do more faster

I've been using a demo hammer with a 6" scraper blade and then a 5" Bosch grinder hooked to CT for high spots or stubborn thinset, but got 1200 sq/ft coming up and I"m sure more down the line now.

The bag in a CT26 fills up quick.
I just held it over a bin and run some fingers into and gave it a tickle to help the dust out.

A dust deputy would save having to do that every 40 minutes, but I need the breaks anyhow.
And tickling the dust out of the bag is good practice.

That made me smile because I was emptying my bag today and thinking about it the motion really does resemble tickling. I'll forever think I'm tickling the bag when I empty it now.

Holmz,
So you have a Husqvarna PG280 hooked into a Festool CT26?  Any special adaptors needed?  I have a Dust Deputy that I had planned to use, but haven't taken the time to correct the grounding issue that many have spoke of.
