I guess this is a problem. A sincere warning to all new FOG members

Unfortunately I started out in a similar moment where I gently "leaned into" metal working about 15 years ago right as I purchase my first house.  Once I was equipped and my capabilities enabled me to build whatever, I "brushed up against" woodworking and so it began for a second time.  I doubt there will be a day when I won't want to build something.  My hope is I'm able for many years to come.

My wife and I enjoy the transformations my skills have enabled.  My family benefits, I find enjoyment...what could be better?

Those of us who have been with FOG for a few years have tried to warn other newbies in the past, to no avail. I myself was in denial until I had to get a sys cart because I needed to get out the ladder if I stacked the systainers on the CT. FOG poster tried to warn me. It did no good. So enjoy all your goodies, and keep making your monthly credit card payments so you keep getting more Festools.
