Over the weekend I went to the swap meet. I saw a CT22 and an older RO150 sitting there. I had seen it a few weeks ago and he wanted 250.00 for the set. That in itself is a screamin deal. Thing is, the guy wasn't there, just his wife. I asked her how much and she said 120.00. I said all I have is 80 bucks. She says,,,,wait for it.................................................SOLD!!!! What a smoking deal. ;D

Me neither. That's taking unfair advantage knowing full well the price was not proportionate to what was bought. If you had negotiated that with him directly at the time of the sale then well and good as you both knew the relative value. If that's genuinely how it panned out then you are not on my Christmas card mailing list. Badly done.

Actually, I AM pleased by this! I already have a CT22 and a (new) RO150 so I can't really find a reason to be jealous ( however hard I try )
Besides, I like it that you post pictures of these gorgeous humidors, generously sharing with the rest of us - and what goes around....

Wow. Thats probably a better deal than the brand new PC7518 I got at estate auction for $35....

And a better deal than I got when I purchased my Kapex/MFT3 Kapex on-line and got a full blown MFT/3 instead.

Maybe we should start a thread about good deals we've gotten over the years?  I bet it won't be as long as how many times we have gotten screwed over the years.
