I need some instruction on connecting 2 Top Rock speakers to my phone

I’ve been enjoying my Top Rock speaker, so I bought a second one to set them to play together in my work shop and for tailgating. The second speaker arrived Monday, and I watched a YouTube video on how to connect them, but I could only get one of the other to connect. I could not pair them up. Can anyone walk me through the process?
