Peter Moffa. Not sure what urban area he's operating in, but from his videos he seems to be urban. Very soft spoken and detail oriented. One of his videos has quite a bit of Domino work...can't remember which one.

This corbel duplication from a 3-D scan to a CNC to hand assembly and finishing is mind-blowing to me.
