Inspiring indeed.
Wish  my Dad was  that  fit. He's  8  years  younger  and  in a  hospital  type  rehab  clinic/home  with a broken hip  confined  to a bed  and  losing  the use  of his arms.

Somebody needs to donate a SawStop so he can keep making those birdhouses safely!

Keep moving is also a big reason why my grandpa at 87 is still helping family/friends trim electrical, install water heaters, yardwork, etc. 
That's my goal - to be like those guys when I'm old - Keep Moving!
