Nice job.

Why did you do it? I'm guessing you weren't happy with the quality. Has it improved enough to warrant the expenditure?

I have the Laguna 18" which I wonder about retrofitting.

I HATED the minimax fence. There were huge sales on this this past month so I decided to order them together. I saved some additional $ and combined shipping. I am really happy with the choice. This new fence is very nice. The guides are also very good and very quiet vs the bearing gudies I had.

With a Laguna change over you may not even have to drill for the fence.
