I grew up in Guatemala--my folks were medical missionaries. I was interested in woodworking back then (following Dad around as a helper). Then I dropped it entirely until a few months ago. More about my background here:

I'm an author, speaker, and advisor to the marketing field.

Amazon carries my most recent book, called "Managing (Right) for the First Time. More on the book here:

Glad to be here, and learning a lot already!

Nice to have you on board David. You have quite the r?sum?. I'm looking forward to hear your stories and see your ww projects, with that workshop of yours.

David

You have a great eye for photography, and that was a very nice cabinet you built as well.  thanks for the great intro, keep up the great work

Forget the woodworking.  Ancient languages and theology aaaaaand sportbike racing?  Quite possibly the three coolest interests / hobbies combined ever.

And oh yeah, lived with a tribe of Mayans until the age of 18.  You are quite the impressive man.  Would love to sit down and chat one day.  Seems like you lead a killer life.
