Is FOG site activity down?

Certain manufacturers (I won’t name names) bombard you with 4 or more per day.

If you don't want emails from Woodpecker's and Blue Spruce, you can unsubscribe.

It says something that you know the vendors without me giving much in the way of clues.

Their emails become white noise after a bit and have a negative impact on information transfer.  I think most people prefer fewer emails that they can look forward to.

You've posted about them by name before.

As a company, they have their own folder in my inbox, so I can read or ignore them at my leisure without it creating issues with the rest of my inbox.  Same for Woodcraft, Toolnut, etc.

Apparently, the 4 daily emails I get from Woodpecker each have a separate mailing list. 

Also, because I am getting emails from Woodpecker still, I tried to remove my address again, and it informs me that my address has already been removed.

The first “unsubscribe” said “Your request has been sent”.  The second said that “you have been removed from the list”.

If I am not on their list, how am I getting additional emails?

And this email which arrived at 9:49 AM today from Woodpeckers which I just tried to unsubscribe.  When I tried to unsubscribe again, it informs me that I am currently unsubscribed.

Maybe they think I’ll have email-receivers-remorse and I will probably change my mind and want the continued emails.
