And if something toolie'ish would be in the works could we make it a version 2 straight away? i.e. find Wiha or someone to actually have the tools *lock* when extended like my Leatherman's blades. I find the toolie more or less useless with the screwdrivers & hex keys wobbling this way and that since it doesn't lock in place  [sad]

Hey Peter,
I would love to have some Tloc Fogtainers  [thumbs up] I really hope this happens. If there is anything that I could do to help move this project along, please let me know. I wish Festool USA/FOG would help on this project, it would sort of help ease the pain of all the NAINA products that we want/need  [laughing]

Anyway, I will be impatiently hopping and waiting  [drooling]

I admit that I am watching what the poll at the top of this thread indicates.  We have had tremendous growth here since the last one so....

Thanks for your bump.

Peter

Well I can only vote once.....or else I would have voted "yes" everyday  [tongue]

If needed, I'll bump the heck out of this thread  [wink]  [big grin]  [big grin]  [tongue]

I voted NO because I (selfishly) want to keep the three Fogtainers that I purchased to be unique.  But I see that I am in a very small minority.

Frank,

I totally understand that and appreciate your candor.  That is exactly why I asked.

You will always have the originals, and were part of an exciting project in which so many here participated either thru purchasing, or commenting, or both.  We can't take that away.

They'd still be unique being Classics as opposed to T-Locs. That would also be an instant identifier between  first and second generation FOGtainer.

Yes, it will be possible to identify them but they won't be as unique as I would like them to be.  Oh well, I know that this is a lost cause.

Frank,  would it be fair to deny newer members a chance to own something that is still unique to the F.O.G.  ( Personally I probably won't buy one ) . You were lucky enough to be a member at the first offering , but to deny new members would be like stopping anyone else joining the forum because it is not as exclusive as it was in its infancy
. Dave.
P.s. Don't get me wrong its just my opinion of the desire of newer members to join what is still a fairly elite group .
