Is password reset not working?

[member=82919]Moler[/member] and I have lunch at the same day care centre.  He tells me he's forgotten his password and the password reset tool isn't sending him a link.  Please can admin take a look.  Thanks.

Bob, a few years ago I also have password reset issues. I called Festool HQ and they helped me out. I would have  [member=82919]Moler[/member] give that a try first.
