So far on the repair front top to bottom is pure misery. I tried using the site to start a ticket. It tells me my serial number is invalid and I could take it to my dealer to ship. Woodcraft Harrisburg tells me they do not deal with repair shipping anymore. I called paul b hardware last Tuesday and they said they still do and dropped it off that day. I haven't heard from Festool yet so I called Paul B Hardware just now. The guy there told me that it's in que for the repair guy to look at. I told him they ship Festool to Festool for repairs and asked how this same exact issue I had with my last Festool repair could be happening again. He said he'd call me back which happened as I'm writing this. Dude said he talked to repair and they are boxing it up now but, are not sure if postal will be getting it today. If not then Monday. That puts me at 2 solid weeks behind just to get it in a truck to Festool using their dealers. Completely horrible AGAIN considering how professional everyone is supposed to be at Festool and their dealers. The site was next to worthless and Im 2 weeks into nothing being done about even getting it out to Indiana.
