It's been discussed before Tom. It was a Polish site but it doesn't seem to be live any more...

It is actually primarily Polish (second line was german in every text). The web site in the video seems to be defunct now, but I found Another Site with the same cart and contact details to the fellow manufacturing these. The video seems to be from 2011 so he might be out of business by now.
