We're about 90 minutes from the New Year here on the USA East Coast and I dropped into Festool USA's site to have a looksee and prices (at least on the RTS 400) have been wiped from the page.

Took a peek at Festool.de and the 2026 price is now 517,42 Euros. According to Google AI, the 2025 price was 407 Euros, which (if accurate) is a 110 Euro, or 27% price jump.

If this holds in NAINA, that means the RTS 400 will jump from $333 to $423. Ouch!

When I stopped by my local dealer, I noticed a roll of new price labels but the only one I saw was for a back of jigsaw blades (I think), which I believe were around $23 and will be $27 on Friday - a 17.4% increase,

If I recall correctly, the 2024 to 2025 price increase was four percent? If all this is accurate then this represents a pretty serious price hike, lending credence to the rumors that I've heard about Festool absorbing a significant portion of the US tariffs during 2025. Seems those absorption days are over.

Guess I should have bought that RTS today...

Well, if it makes you feel any better ( jokes!) the RTS400 was $839aud ( the equivalent of $559USD ) in Australia for 2025, and still is currently.
And translating (?) the euro fromyour post to aud makes it $909 aud in Europe, ouch!
 
Interesting that Mafell still has not noticeably raised its prices since the tariff introduction, and in select cases (like the current promotion for the MT55cc), is actually cheaper than the comparable Festool model.

I was perusing the FTUSA website this morning and I think you're right. The only item I had been paying attention to is the RTS, which did increase to $349 (4.8%, with the ETS 125 jumping 7.2% to $299) - but I noticed that the KS120 is now $1799 which I thought was over $1800 yesterday? And the RSC18 Basic is $299, which I believe is also lower?

I am relieved that we're not at 27% increases across the board!
 
I used to love to see the lists that Shane used to post here of the items and their new prices. I wonder if Festool clamped down on the release of that type of material. With the recent change in Festool policy, dealers are no longer able to advertise here, so something like that might have been prohibited anyway.

I think the change in forum rules is the bigger factor, and I can somewhat understand the rationale since not all dealers are/were active here.

Late yesterday I found this list:
However, I am not certain about the origin or accuracy of this list, but Lee Valley uses the "ZAU" prefix with their Festool offerings.

I just checked their site, and the MFK is down to $699 from $740.

Unexpected for sure.

That's the reason I ended up with 3 cordless Sawzalls, one to keep at my folks house for odd jobs, one in the garage with a pruning blade for yard work and one downstairs in the shop for construction work.

This is pleasing to hear - since I haven't gotten around to getting the RTS abrasive set.

And $69 for the M137 brings closer parity to the Systainer Store's Tanos version at $65.

Plus that one for loaning out to family/friends. However, no one borrows my mid-1990's Super Sawzall, mostly because it's a little too much for many people to handle.
