Just wanted to mention a positive experience I had with Jess Em recently. I have purchased two top of the line router lift setups from Jess Em. These are the Master Lift II and Excell Lift II. To compliment these first class lifts I also bought the Master Fence II. Of course I needed feather boards and stops as well. This is where it gets interesting I think. I purchased the stops for the fences at my local Woodcraft store. In addition to the Master Fence II I also installed the Mitre Slide. When I set the stops on the Master Fence I had the problem that they would not gracefully move all along the fence without interference from the Mitre Slide mounting bracket. The locking screw was too long to clear the mount. I started with two stops which both had the issue. One day I saw Woodcraft was closing out some more of the fence stops for 50% off the retail price. Of course I could not pass that deal up. When I opened up the stops I noticed that one of the two I just had purchased had different parts for the lockdown setup. These parts allowed free movement of the stop with no interference from the Mitre Slide mount. To make a long story short I called Jess Em and a very helpful lady, Patty I believe investigated and found that the stops had changed some of the parts to correct the interference issue. I informed her of the number of parts that I needed to correct my stops. She told me she would get the parts in the mail to me. I asked her what the charge would be. She said no charge. I just want to say that this is an example of excellent support for first rate products and put them in good company with folks such as Festool.
