Hi all,
I converted a spare jessem router table stand(long story on how i got two but they have great service!) into a miter saw stand for my Makita LS1016L. **Disclaimer**I'm a hobbyist woodworker and am planning on getting a kapex once i save my pennies). I added a 3/4" MDF top and support bottom to add rigidity. I then put on a portamate PM1000, for mobility.
One problem. I don't have any wings or support for any long lumber cuts. Anyone out there have experience adding there own wings onto metal stands like this one?
